Job Profile :- • Routine & preventive quality checks of all machine products. • Day to day production planning for 21 m/c’s (10 Aallidra AFT 11 HS , 10 Aallidra Bhagat group & 1 Himson HDS-VXEM M/c ). Production capacity of 80 Ton/Day. • Monitoring & setting process parameters & maintaining the same till the customer requirements. • Automotive Dyed product quality setting & maintenance. • Reduction of down gradation by increasing quality checks& up gradation of finish goods as per customer end uses. • Attend daily meeting with HOD’s & Shift officers to focus on targets. • Preparing & Analysis of daily , weekly & monthly production & quality reports. • Working with 6 peoples & 42 workers. & training them to analysis of raw material & its defects.
