And also responsible for Resource Planning, Cash Management, and Team Management Trend Analysis & Performance Mapping.•Maintains open communication with all levels of employees in the distribution centre.•Weekly visit to all vendors of my region to understand the market scenario, challenges, issues, and try to resolve them within time framework that business will run smoothly. •Sale’s Strategies for the company considering the local market and other competitors in the field to increase the sale order.•Calculating P&L (profit and loss) report and EBITDA and BREAK EVEN on monthly basis.•Providing the daily briefing to the staff, discuss about individual performance and roles to achieve the HUB target and maintaining daily day end report.•Success Delivery: Ensure that all Orders are delivering within time framework as per the customer requirement without any negative marking.•In stocks: Ensure high in stock levels through effective inventory management through Vendor’s, and monitor daily prices updating and products MRP.•Identifying training needs on efficient merchandising for associates. Ensure proper merchandise handling and success delivery through customer experience.•Leadership: Team Size 30 including 1 Vendor Manager, 1 Account Manager, 2 Hub Coordinate’s and 25 Team members. •Motivate, develop and build teams inculcating company values and culture.
