As a IT Recruiter I am responsible for the complete life cycle of recruitment for SAP-related roles, from sourcing to hiring. I co-ordinate with the panel, schedule candidates, follow up, maintain the tracker, and assign the panel as per availability. I have a B.Com (Hons) degree from Delhi University, where I acquired skills in business, accounting, and finance. I also have certifications in Excel and LinkedIn Recruiter, which help me to find and attract niche talent in the SAP domain.
