Knowledge is power and that's what I'm after, to learn as much as possible in order to excel. I have worked in different companies, just enough to learn the core of their businesses, observe how they operate, with one simple goal - customer satisfaction. I may not have all the skills and qualifications but what I do have is sheer enthusiasm, honesty and passion for my work.
