Is one of my efforts.Planning & provide services on ANC & PNC under MATERNAL & CHILD HEALTH, NUTRITION Programme.Running BALWADI CENTRE in REMOTE TRIBAL AREA'S to improve nutrient of Child 6 - 3 years.  Adopt 13no. ANGANWADI CENTER under collaboration of DIST. ICDS DEPARTMENT.Capacity Building of AAA ( ANM - ANGAN WADI WORKER - ASHA ), TBA, VHSC, Parents of Target groups, Couple and Service providers .STRENGTHENING STAKEHOLDERS ( Govt. Service Providers and CBOs )Under Adolescent Sexual health working with TEENAGE PREGNANCY and their MISSCARRIAGE, Menstrual Hygiene Management ( MHM ) the main challenging  programme with special focus.Monitoring Outreach Services on Misscarriage of women, ANC & PNC Services, Birth Preparedness Plan of target couple, referral service of risk patients .All programs collaboration with Dist. Health Department - NHM and ICDS Department .SRTT - LIVELIHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT :                               With Support of Agricultural Technical Experts and District NABARD Team :we have strengthened  VEGETABLE Producers and Linked them with FPO;  Livelihood Development including MPSRLM, NTFP, FOREST RIGHT ACT ( FRA ) & PESA ACTAll these provide employment and economic development to the tribals and other forest dwellers.

AARAMBH is a non governmental organization working towards child development in urban and Rural Areas. Child Line 1098, Wateraid - Sanitation Project and DFID - PACS Bonded Labour Project is one of them .Job title: Program Coordinator under DFID PACS Project for Livelihood Project (Bonded Labours), Dist.Raisen, 2006-2012 Responsible for monitoring of field areas,Reporting  and Documentation timely submitted to Directors,  DFID PACS office, and Consultant teamMonitoring progress of project activities of saff under this project,Linkages of groups under banks loan for small business, release of bonded labour from owner's with sustainable approches, Maintain of Bill Vouchers and submii to Account section as per expenditure of programme.

Responsible for Project making, monitoring, documentation, staff management of these 3 projects , i.e.WFP Project, RCH Project (MOH ), Jeevan Jyoti Nasha Mukti Kendra (MOH )

CAPART- Milli Watershed Project and MOH - RCH Project    Area : urban area Panchsheel Nagar and Thuakeda villageProject was surrounded to Mother and Child Health, and Adolescent Girls. Community Awareness, Linkages of target groups with govt.staff and programme, school health education was one of them. For the first time Independently I have planned CAPART - Watershed Project,  make and submitted proposal under collaboration of Samaj Pragati Sahoyog ( SPS ), Dewas , MP

OPDSC, ( unit of Agragamee ) Rayagada, AGRAGAMEE, Kashipur, Odisha India OXFAM INDIA Milli Watershed Project, German Agro Action (GAA) Milli Watershed Project        Area : Tribal vill. Mallijharan and Kudkitunda villageaims to balance the conservation, regeneration and use by humans of land and water resources within a watershed. Common benefits from  projects include improved agricultural yields, Livelihood of target groups.Conduct project activities Reporting and Documentation to Director,Maintain and produce Bill Vouchers to Account section as per programme
