Middle East (Jordan)

Responsible for merchandising and sourcing operations from Jordan• Product Development and Cost closures• Capacity planning and coordination for shipping approx. 300000units/month out of JDN• Coordinating with factories to ensure on-time delivery• Coordinating with fty merchants and fabric/trims suppliers to ensure proper material flow• Participating in solving real time issues faced by the factories • Managing team of Quality controllers to ensure optimal quality standards• Keep regular check on compliance reports of factories and their adherence to Labour laws
