They had a vision to enter the eCommerce vertical, especially in the Beauty & Skin Care category & it is currently under development.Responsibilities• Manage a team of eCom Specialists, Category Managers, Marketing Manager & Logistic Manager.• Lead all the Technical & Operational processes & challenges to create a Multi-Brand Website.• Lead the Category team to on-board all the Regional as well as International Beauty & Cosmetic Brands.• Coordinate with multiple Design & Development Teams across USA & UK to handle the designing & development of the website along with creating a Brand Identity.• Coordinate with Logistic Teams to create SOPs for First Mile, Storage as well as Last Mile shipments.• Reporting directly to the Founders on various Sales, Operations & Online Activities.• Overseeing & approving Rolling Order Forecast (ROF) for all the Brands.• Currently working with Multiple companies to add AI & Machine Learning to our website.• Understand & develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): digital marketing - email campaigns, SEO, affiliates, social media, & offline marketing.• Currently working on a Digital Marketing campaign (Performance Marketing) with multiple 3rd party agencies to create a Digital presence for our Brand.• Tracking Top Keywords using SEMrush, Helium10 & Amazon Keyword Tool Dominator to identify the pulse of various Online Demographics & modify/create Digital Ad campaigns accordingly.• Currently working with Knowlarity Team to create a automated WhatsApp chat bot.• Extensively working on Digital Marketing tools like HubSpot Marketing, Slack, Mailchimp, Hootsuite etc.• Parallelly working on creating an Amazon VC & Noon Retail account for our Exclusive Brands.• Create Financial Reports based on sales, revenue & expense to get realistic forecast.
