Liquid Mode in Acrobat Mobile delivers a mobile-responsive and interactive PDF reading experience by using AI/ML models to extract content and structure from PDFs and restructuring content on-the-fly.• Grew monthly usage from 25M to 80M+ documents read in Liquid Mode by driving initiatives such as on-device ML to improve speed 2x, deploying improved ML models to support 80% more files, and in-product conversion funnel optimizations• Led strategy and execution for cross-functional engineering teams across AI/ML, iOS + Android app development, and UI/UX• Launched several A/B tests & experiments for new features with hands-on data science using SQL & Python

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is a customer data platform for enterprise marketing teams to unify customer data from multiple sources and build AI/ML powered dashboards, workflows, and automations • Launched AEP’s data preparation product from zero to 30+ customers and partners• Discovered and validated user needs via qualitative and quantitative user research; secured buy-in & resourcing from executive leadership; built mock-ups and wire-frames; led roadmap and execution across cross-functional engineering teams• Developed pricing, packaging, and launch plan in collaboration with marketing; iteratively launched new features• Evangelized product capabilities and roadmap through demos, sales/field presentations, and customer presentations• Featured on Adobe Blog: “Nikhil’s ongoing learning endeavor: computer science and product management”
