I lead the engineering for all Amazon SageMaker Interactive ML products. My organization of 120+ owns SageMaker Console, SageMaker Studio, Notebooks, StudioLab, IDE expansion (RStudio, Code Editor) and data science SDKs. Amazon SageMaker Studio is the first fully integrated development environment (IDE) for machine management learning. Users such as Data Scientists can build, train, tune, debug, deploy and monitor Machine Learning models - all in a single, unified web-based interface that boosts developer productivity.- Led the multi-year program to improve the usability of SageMaker Studio by removing hundreds of paper cuts and creating a completely new web-based interface that is faster, more feature rich and more intuitive.- Led the charter to support new IDEs and Apps on SageMaker Studio. Launched RStudio and Code Editor baed on VS Code to reach more Data Scientists.- Conceptualized and executed the vision to build a completely new federated platform for Studio to improve developer productivity (across 12+ teams) by 90%, improve speed of feature launches by over 80% and reduce operations by >50%.- Drove multiple large initiatives to improve product availability and reliability to meet high AWS standards.- Grew the org from <20 to 120+ by hiring and growing technical leaders.Responsibilities include Organizational Leadership, Product and Operational Goal/Roadmap Planning, Cross-org/function collaboration, Software Development, Customer Engagement, Growing/Mentoring leaders.

- Led Commerce Expansion (Facebook/Instagram Shops) charter. I owned Commerce Platform Seller Experience, Commerce third party integrations ( with Shopify, BigCommerce etc) and Commerce Expansion to new countries.- Built integration with 3P platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce to seamlessly onboard tens if thousands of sellers on to Facebook/Instagram Shops.- Significantly improved the Commerce Platform (Seller facing) to add new features to meet the needs of the Sellers selling on Facebook- Conceptualized and improved the Commerce Platform to enable federated feature development and operational excellence across 8 teams contributing to Commerce platform.- Owned and drove Product and Roadmap planning across cross-functional partners.

- Led various teams in Amazon Retail and Alexa. Experience recruiting (locally and remotely in India) and growing engineers and mid level eng leaders, building teams ground up, setting team strategy/vision, organizing teams to meet the business needs and driving aggressive business goals. Details:- Subscribe and Save: Global engineering leader for end to end Subscribe and Save Customer Experience/Journey. Manager of Managers with multiple engineering teams distributed across US and India and partnered with cross functional teams distributed across the world. Drove goals on subscriber/subscription acquisition, customer engagement, retention and subscription management resulting in over 50% YoY growth and hundred of millions of dollars in GMV.- Alexa Skills Kit: Single threaded leader for Alexa Skill Creation Experience. Built an organization of 35+ (eng, PMs, EMs, TPMs) ground up. My teams built Products, APIs and Services for internal clients (SmartHome, Music etc) as well as external skill developers (individual and enterprises such as Philips, GE, Spotify etc) to create, publish and mange their Alexa skills. - Hardlines Shopping Experience: Led multiple engineering teams across Seattle and India to build scalable infra and experiences that enabled customers to easily find right products (electronics, home, kitchen etc) that meet their needs. Examples include: partfinder to find compatible parts (e.g: filters, inks)or finding laptops that meet customer's usage requirements. Launched to 8 countries and drove hundreds of millions of incremental GMS.- Product Detail Page: Led Detail Page Platform and experiences teams (20+), drove $1B+ incremental GMV goals, bootstrapped new teams to meet tactical short and long goals, helped other organizations set up teams in India.

Worked as a Software Engineer on Enterprise Edge Switch.Responsible for the design, development & maintenance of features on Cisco Shared port Adapters.Worked on features related to MPLS and Layer 2 VPNs such as VPLS, EoMPLS, AToM, VPLSoGRE etc.

Responsible for the Module called E-Services, done in collaboration with Accenture, which aimed at keeping a single interface to satisfy the requirements of all the departments in INSEAD, and acts as an intermediate module between the website and database servers to validate all the data entered.Worked on technologies like Coldfusion, Javascript and SQL.
