Ramped up a team of about 25 engineers, driving project deliveries from Bangalore site, taking ownership of program targets & quality KPIs.o 2G/Product Experts GroupHeld responsibility for a cross-functional team of engineering experts from different component areas of development & test, focused on customer case handling and resolution from R&D. This involved interfacing with various customer teams, technical support teams, and other internal R&D teams across sites, to solve critical and escalated customer cases from field deployments for GSM/SBTS product.o Stretch ProjectsAs part of the ‘Nokia University Connect’ forum, contributing as a University Champion, for one of the leading engineering colleges in Bangalore, for providing and organizing tech-talks and elective course offerings. Organizing and managing innovation workshops within the business group.

o 3G/RNC ControllerMember of the End-to-End (E2E) system integration team as a senior specialist. Involved in defining the Test Strategies for features requests using 3GPP specifications, for various program releases. Contributed to multiple features from E2E, for user and control plane protocol level validation & analysis. Planning and executing team level KPIs and driving topics as part of RCA/EDA/DQA forums.o Stretch ProjectsParticipated in multiple leadership development programs within Nokia

Conducted Area meetings, Area contests, workshops and Moments of Truth, which help clubs and its members achieve their communication and leadership goals.

o 2G/2.5G/CDMA SystemsContributed in the Tools Development & Subsystem Test Teams at Motorola, later Motorola Solutions, in CDMA technologies (IS95 and 2000). Designed and developed various test automation tools & simulators. Involved with performance & algorithm evaluations of various network elements such as SDU/VPU/MM.o Stretch ProjectsCo-designed and developed a regression test optimisation framework & tool, and presented as a research paper at the 5th Motorola China Symposium held in Beijing.
