I'm an experienced self employed Architectural Technician. I have worked in the industry for 17 years on various projects as listed below. I can produce drawings for extensions of all sizes, loft conversions and even just internal remodelling. I use 2D & 3D software so I can create 3D visuals for you & your clients. I can also produce 2D drawings from initial concept ideas right through to building regulation applications. I also carry out my own surveys and draw up existing plans. I have good connections with private building control companies as well as local structural engineers that I use on all of my projects. I work with several different builders, companies and direct for clients.
