I'm an experienced Architectural Technician and have been working in the industry for 16 years on various projects as listed below. I can produce drawings for extensions of all sizes, loft conversions and even just internal remodelling. I use 2D & 3D software so I can create nice 3D visuals for you & your clients. I can also produce 2D drawings from initial concept ideas right through to building regulation applications. I carry out my own surveys and draw up existing plans. I have good connections with a private building control company as well as good connections with structural engineers.
