Niki is responsible for the full life cycle recruitment for the MidSouth and Southeast regions. Niki focuses on Leadership and Non-Production recruitment in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. • Manage full cycle recruitment solutions for various departments within six hospitals
• Oversee 150 - 180 requisitions with an average of 30 different hiring managers at all times
• Certified Sourcing Professional responsible for sourcing qualified candidates - from entry level to highly specialized clinicians and executives
• Lead candidates through the recruiting process to ensure a fair and timely experience
• Develop relationships with schools and local organizations to continuously drive candidate pipeline
• Partner with Methodist Leadership to deliver results that exceed the needs of the hospitals

San Antonio, Texas Area

• Conduct extensive interview and screening processes to deliver quality candidate selection to government hiring manager.
• Recruit for the following positions: Physicians, Dentists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician As-sistants, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Medical Assistants, Cer-tified Nursing Assistants, Project.
• Conduct market research to determine fair and competitive wages throughout the nation.
• Negotiate salaries and other compensation and benefit details for all candidates.
• Prepare potential candidate for interviews by providing job descriptions and compensation details.
• Assist Proposal Writer with preparation of responses to RFP’s for this start-up government contracting entity.

• Develop client leads through cold-calling, networking and in-person visits.
• Provide consultative advice and solutions for all employee related challenges.
• Evaluate prospective clients to determine if a relationship would be mutually beneficial by evaluating performance history, claims history and payroll data.
• Present SOI’s solutions to local business owners, Presidents, CEO’s, HR Managers, etc. in a professional manner to result in the sale of services.
