Current• Overall responsible for building and managing different technologies like Java/J2EE, Mobile, Node JS, EAI with team size varying from 12 to 60. • Fully accountable for executing large and medium scale projects for variable time span with different team sizes.• Leverage broad competencies in defining and executing strategic plans, capability roadmaps, policies, processes, and methodologies to achieve value driven results and improve business performance. • Lead the Information Protection, Business and Technology teams to initialise and drive multiple information security programs, for corporate wide initiatives.• Design and develop industry best practice adoption processes for applicable risk identification, communication of applicable threats, vulnerabilities, and control methods to appropriate stakeholders for the organisation.• Gained invaluable experience in utilising several technologies like Java/J2EE, Spring, Struts, EAI, NodeJS, Android, iOS and other Web technologies.• Manage and coordinate with customers from project kickoff to a long term engagement with exponential growth for multiple quarters. Also, organise various training sessions for the team to enhance their performance.• Actively engaged in analysing, designing, developing and maintaining several Java based, Web based application using cutting edge cross platform technologies and frameworks.• Play a pivotal role in developing frameworks having high reusability, maintainability, scalability to expedite development and improve software quality for customers.• Solely responsible for developing several services oriented architectures which are scalable and highly available solutions for different industries like digital media, online billing engine, Solar Energy, Chain of hotels and restaurants.• Actively involve in customising CI/CD tools and process development for Web and mobile application development, following agile principles and using tools like GIT, Pivotal, and Toggle.
