I started to work in the company in 2017 as a junior front-end developer. It was a sunset of the jQuery era.One year later my team lead suddenly moved to Vietnam and left me one-on-one with all the ongoing projects. I wanted to get them done so I'd learned backend development on Python and Django.In the company, I was responsible not only for product development but for processes improvements too. For example, I managed Docker adoption, set up CI/CD pipelines, made unit testing and static code analysis a part of the team's daily routine, and created a cookiecutter template to kickstart typical projects on Django and Next.js.In 2020 my team developed a reusable Django application that helps us to run 4 media projects in half a year with a team of only 3 engineers.In 2021 I was working on setting up monitoring and centralized logging storage for backend services using Elastic APM and ELK Stack. I'd finished my journey with the company in the position of senior full-stack developer and team lead.
