My passion is to identify sustainable and profitable ways to plan corporate taxes. My research, analysis and the insights that emerge from that are to help companies set-up tax efficient structures. I help businesses in determining tax implications on cross border transactions and business reorganizations. I prepare reports on business modelling, transfer pricing, interpretation of tax laws and treaties to help clients with complete tax solutions. And I act as a facilitator between the tax officer and my clients.My intellectual curiosity drives me to be a lifelong learner. Professionally, I enjoy organizing and speaking at knowledge sharing sessions on Tax & Regulatory framework. Personally, I invest a lot of time in reading and indulging on topics that interest me. With over 7.5 years of experience, I have worked with some of the big multinational organizations such as KPMG India, BDO India LLP in my capacity as a Chartered Accountant specializing in Taxation.Specialties- Preparing pitch packs and tax proposals, develop new products for the existing clients, business structuring with IP migration and jurisdiction analysis, organizing workshops for tax advancements
