I'm a Business Management professional with over 14+ years of experience in the Advertising and Communication industry. From managing traditional marketing initiatives for local brands to leading integrated communication plans for brands that have a global presence, I have had a rich and diverse journey so far. I have also had the privilege of being part of and lead teams that worked on projects developed for Latin American and South East Asian markets. These opportunities helped me gain a wider and a more wholistic view of communication planning outside of India. More recently, in my last role as an Associate Vice President at DDB Mudra, I led the Johnson & Johnson's Consumer Products business for Baby Care, Skin Health and Feminine Hygiene categories with a focus on building digital creative effectiveness. My experience on the Johnson & Johnson’s business also allowed me to lead premium global beauty/baby brands to great success with digital-only launch plans. I strongly believe in working as a team and creating strong partnerships with clients to bring creative solutions that not just address the existing business needs but also connect with the consumer in a more meaningful way, every single time.
