• Nodal HR for a 40 member division• In charge of all the HR activities for the whole division. General responsibilities, recruitment, employee relations, employee engagements etc. • Facilitating the full cycle of recruitment-initial screening, scheduling, interviewing and making offers.• Working through Naukri.com, iimjobs and LinkedIn.• Arranging interviews and taking preliminary interviews of the candidates.• Follow up before and after interview till joining.• Evaluating the candidates on Experience, Communication, Attitude, Confidence, knowledge about the Job and Company.• Handling all the joining formalities of a new hire like Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, salary negotiations etc.• Handling day one induction process.• Creating and managing employee records in file also updating the records in MIS.• Working as link between management and employees.• Handling the entire exit formalities like clearance forms, exit interviews, farewell party, issuing of Relieving/ Experience Letter.
