· Manage design department and freelancers, responsible for setting deadlines and ensuring that the team accomplished its goals· Responsible for hiring and selection of freelancers and design staff· Responsible for design and production of catalogs and sales collateral including, photography, layout and production· Liaison between Littlearth and NHL, MLB and EPE licensees also oversee NFL, NBA, and NCAAResponsibilities include:- Product design- Submissions to leagues- Working with third party vendors to see the product through to completion· Work closely with sales team to develop marketing calendar, design email blasts and promotional items to support· Responsible for Art Direction of catalog photo shoots.· Liaison between Littlearth and contract license plate designers· Represent the "Littlearth" brand image through appropriate verbiage, images and graphics· Basic website maintenance including, homepage design, page headers and product images· Oversee affiliate programs· Designed the past two top selling purses for product line· Assisted Purchasing Manager in the sourcing of materials for new products· Member of design team in charge of prototyping new products· Assist Trade Show Coordinator in the design and preparation of trade show materials including: signage, hang tags, merchandising and print collateral.
