Partner with leaders to develop and design innovative strategies and solutions aligned with business outcomes.Brokers role clarity between key constituents as needed.Culture, Change Management & Employee Experience:Partners with the key COEs (e.g., Change Enablement) to drive adoption of changes through the use of frameworks, methods, tools and techniques.Fosters inclusion, diversity and culture practices to create and maintain a positive, rewarding, and inclusive environment.Work with leadership to establish a clear understanding of all Teachstone talent including needs for succession, talent assessment, readiness, and retention.Plan and execute employee surveys, deliver insights to business leaders, and support action planning and effective actions to increase employee engagement and retention.Provide thought leadership to drive talent and organizational development, performance management, and succession planning.Partner with general counsel on employment/legal matters as needed.Identify key performance indicators; proactively review data to assess trends and successes in areas such as engagement, retention, promotions, equity, and compensation.Support annual talent assessment training, conversations, and calibration.Analyze exit interview and engagement survey data, recommend and plan solutions that are broadly impacting and representative of Teachstone's practices in equity.Maintain a cycle of open feedback and analysis of program effectiveness.
