Build and maintain relationships with primary care providers, Medicare Advantage health plans, and corporate executives in a value-based healthcare setting. • Oversee and maintain the company’s healthcare analytics- work closely with the analytics system vendor to collaborate, develop, and enhance reports and system functionalities.• Communicate business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team and serve as the liaison to the provider, operations support, and executive teams. • Provide guidance for the design, development, and documentation of the system workflows and various implementations for continuous process improvement and business solutions.• Ensure reporting tools and dashboards accurately measure and track data for Key Performance Indicators such as MRA, HEDIS, and hospital admissions.• Maintain and prioritize a task log for projects, system improvements, and ongoing updates.• Create trend analyses and summaries of PMPM data, funding and expenses, and membership growth to present to providers, office administrators, and the C-suite executive team.• Facilitate provider office training in order to increase their familiarity and satisfaction with Healthy Partners and the analytics system.• Maintain and update the company’s central provider contract listing with hundreds of active Medicare-Risk contracts.• Receive and interpret payer service fund data and manipulate reports in Excel.

Oversee employees in the areas of time/attendance, monthly meetings, education and development opportunities, time management, performance evaluation and goal development. Assists in the development and implementation of new and innovative fitness programming for a medically-based fitness center. • Monitors and tracks participation of customers within our fitness programs.• Coordinates with internship program including selection, orientation, delegation, and training of fitness interns.• Perform fitness assessments, determine exercise prescriptions and conduct first workouts for a diverse population, including high risk exercise participants.

Supervise and develop specialty fitness programming and lead educational development on health and wellness topics. Collaborate with physicians, hospital executives, and public health professionals to ensure evidence-based strategies in reducing the impact of cancer within the community we serve. • Coordinate and facilitate “POWER” (Program of Wellness, Empowerment, and Recovery), the BayCare cancer exercise program for all fitness center facilities. • Lead community panel discussions with physicians regarding cancer and exercise.• Supervise the Forever Fit Program- Assist older adults and cardiac rehabilitation graduates with programmed exercise, detailed instruction, and monitor vitals.• Assist management team with daily operations and activities for the fitness team.• Evaluate client needs and fitness goals to provide safe and effective exercise programming and instruction. • Instruct group fitness classes while monitoring safety and performance of participants.• Contribute to the operation of a clean, friendly and well maintained fitness facility.
