1800RESPECT is the Australian national sexual assault, domestic and family violence counselling service. As National Manager I was responsible for development and delivery of the1800RESPECT activity work plan funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health. The role required: • Development and delivery of the Marketing and communications strategy and program• Oversight of the Stakeholder engagement plan • Initiation through to delivery of key projects including ones with a special focus on new channel development and disability support• Management of a multi-disciplinary team using agile principles• Working as Project Director of a significant tender that 1800RESPECT conducted for the sub-contract of our Trauma Specialist Counselling Service. This project greatly enhanced my operational and clinical understanding of best practice in delivering mobile health services.

DIGITAL MANAGER 1800RESPECT National Family and Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault counselling service (February 2016-April 2017)• Leading the Digital team including managing the build of the new 1800RESPECT website from vision to launch.• Responsible for defining the overall digital strategy in line with the 1800RESPECT brand and managing all digital assets including the website and app Daisy.• Manage our content team including developing the content management strategy and ensuring all content is user centered (e.g. evidence based, universally accessible, trauma informed, peer reviewed and well targeted) and optimised.• Work with diverse internal stakeholders across all divisions of Medibank Group including Marketing, Sector Engagement, Legal, Telehealth Operations, IT, Security and Privacy and Finance to implement digital solutions.• Partner with external stakeholders to create an accessible and trauma informed website including Subject Matter Experts and complex sub contract arrangements with external Digital partners .• Oversee reporting and analytics for the digital channels.• Develop proposals for new digital products.
