In my role as Workplace Operations Manager I am responsible for the delivery of a full range of support services to clients and internal clients on a daily basis. The position encapsulates a number of responsibilities including facilities and office management, employee experience and the environmental factors that influence this including the physical workplace, technology and policies that shape the Firm's culture and values.
