Responsible for oversight of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) work plan, coordination, and coordinated access. Oversee and manage the collection, analysis, and presentation of data and statistics produced by the HIMS for reporting to federal, state, local, and private concerns. Ensures data quality by implementing strategies for improvement. Lead and facilitate the Data Management Committee to meet federal requirements and support the needs of the Continuum of Care (CoC). Oversee project implementation and day-to-day operations of the Data Department, including providing technical assistance to homeless service providers throughout the CoC. Establish and maintain contact with the HMIS vendor (WellSky) that will provide services for the web-based system. Develop and maintain effective communication between TVCH and the CoC members. Provide technical assistance to organizations to support HMIS and provide assistance with data entry cleanup and HMIS end-user issues. Perform data quality checks and monitoring reports of programs and users for statistical trends or deficiencies. Provide reports and technical documents of data and other requested information. Assist CoC agencies with Annual Performance Reports (APR), Annual Homelessness Assessment Reports (AHAR), and Point in Time/Housing Inventory Chart (PIT/HIC) reports.

- Maintain the services and client database software from Welsky - Aging and Disability (Formerly SAMS) required by the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability (TCAAAD) and the UPT card swipe system from MJM Innovations Senior Stat. -Preformed internal audits on client files and services to validate and correct information to maintain high data reporting standards of TCAAAD, National Corporation for Community Service, and other grant funders. -Collaborates with program staff in data collection best practices on clients and services provided by implementing and maintaining forms and procedures for collecting information and providing accurate reports and analytics for grant applications, reporting, and public deliverables. -Provides primary front desk and reception support to office secretary on the multi-line phone and through intra-office communication systems. -Supported office programs through volunteered and assigned special projects such as: -Development of a Microsoft Access Finance and Payroll database for AmeriCorps Seniors -Equipment management of office assets -Proper management and disposal of office archives - Special event fundraising online auction sites - Client events for grandparents raising grandchildren

Responsible for developing, establishing, and coordinating the SMART Moves program at the Boys & Girls Club of the Cumberland Plateau. SMART Moves (Skills Mastery and Resistance Training) is a prevention/education program that addresses problems such as drug and alcohol use and premature sexual activity. This program funded by the Department of Mental Health serves 105 youth from 6-15 years of age.

Under the partnership of AmeriCorps*VISTA and the Office of Surface Mining and the umbrella organization of the Appalachian Coal Country Team, I work directly for the Boys & Girls Club of the Cumberland Plateau as their new Family Involvement Coordinator. Responsible for developing and implementing a new family involvement program, developing a state standard-based environmental curriculum based on gardening, and designing a new social media and marketing strategy. Raised $26,000 in in-kind donations and $30,000 in monetary donations for auction fundraisers. Wrote and awarded over $140,000 in grants for the implantation of garden programs and academic success programs.

Nikki was responsible for assisting visitors in interpreting exhibits, helped to develop 1 new exhibit, managed 6 staff and 4 volunteers in supervising 75 children, designed, developed and executed 6 new outreach education programs.

Organized and coordinated hospitality efforts for 3 alternative spring break groups of over 10 volunteers, developed policy for warranties for homes and the ReStore, and weekly updates to the organizations Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Supervised 4 Resident Advisors, supervision and care for 17 residents, developed advertisement and lead 10 education hall programs per year, effectively mediated and handled staff and resident problems, attended monthly area staff meetings, attended and lead weekly staff meetings, attended weekly meetings with area coordinator, attended monthly head resident advisor meetings, and developed and designed monthly themed bulletin boards.
