Adept at developing & implementing comprehensive strategies to build inclusive cultures, improve organisational performance, diversity of thought & the employee experience.I have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a genuine passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and can create a harmonious and inclusive workplace. I have worked in a wide variety of roles within large councils and the NHS & ALBs leading regional multi partner steering groups facilitating change management, developing and implementing strategies and policies that shaped the future of our services particularly for hard to reach groups within the community, including the homeless, ethnic minority groups.
