Social Worker attached to Kingston Hospital and Queen Mary's Hospital for acute and community rehabilitation. Lead social worker for the QMH elder rehab ward for Richmond patients. Conducted abuse case investigations. Presented cases to the NHS Continuing Care panels in order to request NHS funded care for patients. Engaged in Self-Directed Support assessments and organizing and configuring Resource Allocation Score to determine how much one has to spend on their care. Nominated as database lead for the team.

Social Worker attached to Kings College Hospital in London, England. Started on the Complex Care Team for 5 months managing a client caseload, then transferred to the Intermediate Care Team whereby completing rapid assessments and setting up services as well as assessing individuals for home-based rehabilitation. I then went on to be the lead social worker for the bed-based rehabilitation unit and was in that role for 5 months.

Intern as part of the Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Centre (GRECC) Team within the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Jamaica Plain, Boston, MA. Responsible for attending multi-disciplinary clinical meetings weekly as well as locating supportive services that would benefit our clients. Responsible for making weekly progress recordings and liaising with patients and family members and advising them about the assistance we could provide to them. Co-Lead a reminiscence group in a nearby nursing home for elders 65+.

Singly ran a weekly reminiscence group for 16 weeks in the Adult Day Health Centre for people 65+ and incorporated Art Therapy and music into our group sessions.
