With over 10 years of work experience in various administrative, creative, and coordination roles, I have developed a diverse set of skills and competencies that enable me to support and facilitate various projects and initiatives. As a Team Resources Coordinator at Sewell Family of Companies, Inc., I was responsible for designing and developing and conducting new hire orientation and on-boarding processes, while working with leadership to gain insight on retention rates throughout the company. Previously, I worked as a Ministry Project Coordinator and a Graphic Designer at Stonegate Fellowship, where I applied my creative and problem-solving skills to design and produce collateral materials for various ministry events and campaigns. I also coordinated and supported the planning, execution, and evaluation of ministry projects, working alongside a diverse and passionate team of staff and volunteers. My mission is to use my skills and expertise to contribute to the success and impact of organizations that share my values and goals of serving and empowering others.
