• Maintains bring forward and numerical filing system for congratulatory message request program• Verifies information provided for greetings, contacts requesters (constituency offices, Government Agents, Premier’s Office and general public) for additional information or verification as required• Enters information in database, verifies its correctness and produces official certificates of greetings on behalf of the Premier and the Lieutenant Governor• Manipulates database to produce various detailed data reports for Her Majesty the Queen, the Governor-General, Prime Minister, MLAs and Leader of the Official Opposition which will be used to generate their letters/certificates of greetings• Produces monthly statistical reports and various ad hoc reports as required• Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships and liaison with all levels of Ministry staff, senior officials in other ministries, Government House, Office of the Premier, MPs, MLAs, Government Agents, central agency staff, Governor General's office, Office of the Prime Minister, and general public
