Creative Operations Manager
Current-Forge strong collaborative partnerships between the creative department and account, production, finance and studio teams to ensure successful delivery of campaign assets. -Source, evaluate, and onboard external creative vendors. Act as the primary contact for communication and coordination with them, and manage all costs and paperwork.-Manage and optimize resourcing and workflows for the creative department, and thoughtfully staff projects to ensure the team is aligned to priorities, timeline, and brief. -Communicate with Creative Department to make sure all needs are met and act as a source of endless support for them. This includes maintaining an engaging and encouraging environment. A champion for the team!-Navigate and communicate project roadblocks, schedule changes, deadlines, and shifting project scope with all stakeholders.-Manage and create a yearly awards budget.
