I am a dedicated pre-medical student in my third year at the University of Miami, majoring in Global Health Studies with minors in History and Health Management and Policy. My passion for global health and public health advocacy drives my work as an undergraduate researcher at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center within the Miller School of Medicine. Here, I contribute to research focused on anti-aging agents and their impact on melanoma and other cancers.I am committed to preventative medicine and holistic health approaches, and I strive to improve access to healthcare in South Florida. As a co-founder of the non-profit Wipe Down, I have led initiatives to distribute hygiene products and promote sustainable solutions both locally and internationally. Additionally, I volunteer at Holtz Children's Hospital, providing vital support to children in long-term care by fostering connections and offering comfort through regular visits. My goal is to influence public health policy on a global scale, addressing disparities in healthcare access and quality. Through my academic and extracurricular experiences, I am building a strong foundation to advocate for innovative and equitable health solutions worldwide.
