I teach Impact Entrepreneurship and Purpose Driven Innovation at D'Amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Together with my students, we explore system innovation, funding and measuring social change, and how to use business principles to make a positive impact. We do this from an understanding and positionality that how we show up in the world is more important than what we do.

Implementation of innovative student development and volunteering programs aimed at increasing engagement in student life while also gaining soft skills identified to increase employment post graduation.

I was accepted into The School for Social Entrepreneurs for their 2009 Fellowship Program. As part of that program, I needed to focus full-time on building a social enterprise. I worked on setting up Chinaclimb Boost as part of the SSE fellowship program.

As the Youth Manager I was responsible for the design, implementation and management of youth and young adult volunteering programs. During my time at St Vincent de Paul I grew the team from one person to five people looking after volunteering programs throughout Sydney for children, youth and young adults.
