My responsiblities were for training new cashiers/employees, accounts receivable, accounts payable, store displays & overall organizing, collections, payroll & banking of a 18,000 sq ft hardware store that carried over 28,000 products/skus. My main focus was to deliver a high level of Customer Service for each customer that walked in. In those years with Warm Springs Ace Hardware, our business grew each year.
