Dietary Solutions is a leading provider of clinical nutrition and food service consulting services in the state of Ohio and surrounding states.Reporting directly to the President, the responsibilities of the DBO include coordination of all aspects of the Business Office for Dietary Solutions (DSI) to include the Ohio Department of Education Project and Columbus City Schools Project. Supervise of Staff of three. Accountable functions include:* Provide guidance, supervision and support to the Engagement Specialist and Call Center Staff for the Rite Bite’s contract with the Ohio Department of Education for the 6 Cents Reimbursement process* Human Resources responsibilities including Benefits, Handbooks, Annual Evaluation Schedule Identify Staff vacancies, vacations (PTO/LOA) and recruitment needs Participate in conducting General Orientation for new Employees Provide current and prospective Employee with information regarding office policies, job requirements, working conditions, wages and benefits* Maintain system for tracking 90-Day and Annual Staff Performance Reviews; system for tracking Exempt Practitioner Competency Evaluations process; system for verifying credentials and medical files of Employee upon hire and annually* Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions for 150 Clients per protocol and financial guidelines* Process payroll, coordinate schedules and maintain credentials for 50+ Associates to ensure proper coverage, services and certifications per service level agreements and state regulations Serve as liaison between contracted payroll company and DSI* Provide collaborative support as requested to President, Vice President and Director of Training* Responsible for all administrative functions for the DSI website including product updates
