I am a true person leader and trying always to work with an excellent team and team members. Working with great people in an international environment gives me the boost that makes me challenge myself for the highest output. We should never stop developing and changing. I am all the time questioning the way, how we operate and trying to make change for better. Change is the key for better profit and the future.I like to lead people by giving them a chance to grow themselves and a true possibility to make changes. I am working with an international team with subordinates from several countries. Although I have worked at Ensto for over 20 years, I have always had possibilities to get excellent challenges and interesting positions. Mostly I have been working with factories and positions in the production, quality, logistics and sourcing. I have also been building LEAN methods to all Ensto factories and I truly believe that it brings great value to the company and its personnel.
