- Responsible for ensuring a DCS or manual load / trim sheet prepared for each Customer Airline departure in full compliance with Airline SLA and QAS procedures.- Responsible for monitoring, directing and communicating with the Loading Team Supervisor/Aircraft Dispatcher regarding the loading activities via the radio/telephone and update the required changes to ensure the safety of the aircraft at all times.- Further, apply segregation requirements, compatibility checks & loading regulations for special/DGR loads in accordance to the IATA DGR Manual & Customer Airline requirements. Restrictions for carriage of live animals on the aircraft, if applicable must be informed to the Customer Airline(s) in a timely manner.- Ensuring Baggage, Cargo and Mail are planned in a manner to optimize payload and space with consideration of the load priorities and sequence of loading/offloading in accordance with requirements of the Customer Airline(s).- Preparing the LIRF with the relevant coding scheme for dead loads, IMP codes for special loads, ULD numbers and Supplementary information regarding QRT/Standby cargo and special loads.- Required to produce a safe, fuel efficient and timely Loadsheet ensuring all published SOP’s and airline procedure is followed at all times. Ensuring the manual load sheet recency is maintained and recorded as required to maintain the validity of the issued licenses. React promptly and efficiently, to power/DCS/SITA CUTE disruptions ensuring continuous safe and timely service delivery.- Experience with Airbus A319, A320, A330, A340, Boeing 737,777-200- 777-300 and 787.
