At XPRENEURS, we support strong, early-stage teams on their way to market entry by helping them validate their business models, win their first customers, and secure their first investments. Through our network, we provide entrepreneurs with access to the high-tech lab MakerSpace, global B2B customers, as well as pre-seed and seed funding opportunities. My tasks include:- Work with our teams, taking an active role in developing sustainale business models- Challenge hypotheses and help entrepreneurs reality-check their product or strategy- Support teams to find the best product-market fit by helping them identify first pilot customers and connect them with talent and industry partners- Manage projects and topic specific tracks in our incubation program, particularly in the Food & AgriTech space- Coordinate events and moderate workshops with renowned experts from the XPRENEURS networkAdditionally, I am also the Program Lead for the EIT FAN program at the Munich Hub:- supporting ambitious AgriFood start-ups to accelerate their growth and impact- Focus of Munich's Hub 2024: FUTURE PROOF AGRICULTURE

ClimaTalk is a youth-led non-profit organization that seeks to demystify climate policy and amplify young people's voices in the fight against climate crisis. I will be part of the COP27 team and my tasks include:- writing short and accessible articles- showcase young people's work and projects- conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders- support for the upcoming COP events

A growing population along with increasing life expectancy and incomes are major drivers for the rise in global meat demand. However, the current scale of the meat industry is beyond unsustainable. Planted wants to change that. The Zurich-based foodtech spin-off from the Swiss Technical Institute of Technology (ETH) was founded in 2019 and was quick to build intellectual property around their biostructuring approach. Planted produces delicious meat from alternative proteins, focusing on the perfect bite. Planted is committed to using only clean and natural ingredients and no additives in all its products - making it a healthy and sustainable option for all. Truly better than animal meat.My tasks were/are: - Only Product Manager from March - June- Leading & coordinating of global campaigns in 6 countries from development to execution (Veganuary, BBQ) - Creation of solution concepts and further development processes - Develop global merch strategy
