I serve as the key liaison between DSB IT and Train Operations, managing the IT portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic goals. I work within an IT organization of 400 professionals and a Train Operations organization with 3,000 colleagues. My primary tasks include:- Portfolio Management: Build, manage, and prioritize the IT portfolio to continuously align with the strategies and needs of Train Operations.- Strategy Development and Analysis: Develop roadmaps and conduct preliminary analyses, ensuring that we initiate the right projects at the right time.- Trusted Advisor and IT’s Ambassador in Train Operations: Foster close collaboration with IT and business, ranging from C-level executives to specialists. - Innovation: Proactively explore new business needs and IT solutions, ensuring that IT continuously delivers value for DSB.- Operational support: Ensure Train Operations has the optimal IT solutions to perform core tasks effectively.
