DSK-Rodina PIC is a 100% subsidiary of the Bulgarian DSK Bank which is part of the Hungarian OTP Group. It manages 4 pension funds: universal, occupational, voluntary and voluntary for occupational schemes. It has over 970 thousand clients and over BGN 4.2 bio. in assets under management, ranking it 3rd on the market.

Merkantil Bank is the largest leasing company on the Hungarian leasing market with over EUR 2 bio of assets. It has more than 10% overall market share and 15% market share in vehicle financing. Currently Merkantil Bank, a 100% subsidiary of the OTP Bank NyRt Hungary, through its subsidiaries operates in four markets outside Hungary: Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania Serbia and Slovakia (till Nov. 2008). The Slovakian subsidiary was sold at the end of 2008 and the Ukrainian operation, which was established in the last quarter of 2008 and fully operational, was not launched due to the start of the financial crisis. My responsibilities included, among others the establishment of "green field" foreign subsidiaries, strategic management and supervision of new and existing foreign operations. Reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO of Merkantil Bank.

DSK Bank is the second largest bank in Bulgaria with over EUR 5.6 bio. assets (around 13% market share) and the largest lender in the country. It was privatized in 2003 by the Hungarian OTP Bank R.t. and is the second largest bank in Bulgaria in terms of assets. My responsibilities included the management of the Accounting, Planning and controlling directorates as well as the Market risk and Real Estate - procurement departments - a total of 120 people. I was the chairman of the Asset/Liability Committee, the Credit Committee and a deputy chairman of the Investment Committee of the Bank.
