If there is agreement that we live in a dynamically changing environment, then there is necessarily also agreement that a new understanding of leadership is needed to ensure that companies are able to react quickly.In order to ensure a company's ability to react quickly, every employee on all levels must take responsibility for the overall success of the company and make a contribution to the company's ability to react.However, employees are only committed to the success of the company in this sense if the management offer them the optimal framework conditions for this.These framework conditions include an understanding of leadership that is based on values and principles, that focuses on employee participation and that has a fundamental understanding of the systemic functioning of organizations. I am up for performance. Therefore I know what impulses need to be set in a company so that employees can work together to achieve the company's goals.For this reason, I am always on the lookout for intrinsic motivators and the potential of the people in the company. What is it that drives employees? And how can their potential be used most effectively to achieve the company's goals? Employees thus become value drivers for the company because they follow their own intrinsic motivators and are always curious about the perceptions of their colleagues. The result is an inclusive corporate culture of personal responsibility and curiosity for better solutions, which creates a double dynamic for the success of the company: the pursuit of the company's goals and the constant exploitation of employees' potential in the interests of the company.
