Managed the programme office for the Responsible Business function. In addition to becoming a trusted subject matter expert within the Responsible Business team, I reinvented the programme office reporting to support the delivery of key Responsible Business activities.

Managed the organisations large scale colleague recognition programme, linked to the awarding of tickets for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and a number of Torchbearer places for both the Olympic and Paralympic Torch Relays.In addition to maximising the recognition value ahead of the events, I managed the on site experience and operations for colleagues attending the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

I had the pleasure of being a member of CCS Adoption’s adopter panel for a number of years. This involved working closely with the wider adoption panel to review adopter cases and make an approval recommendation.I sadly had to step down as a panel member due to the increased commitments with my full time role.
