Store Manager
Current- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store e.g. Point of Sale system, Cash Management, Stock Control, Security procedures, Health & Safety, Communication, and Reporting.
- Undertake the budgeting for the store.
- Ensuring that at all times the store has sufficient staff to cover trading and health and safety requirements
- Store key performance indicators by offering sales promotions, employee contests, and delivering the best solution as established by the company to achieve an excellent customer experience.
- Team member recruitment, training and development and performance management, payroll (timesheets), and workplace scheduling.
- Lead and coach the retail assistants by sharing ideas and information while being respectful of others and valuing your team member's contribution to ensure they are focused, motivated, and achieve individual, store.
