Store Manager
Current● Manage the day-to-day operations of the store e.g. Point of Sale system, Cash Management, Stock Control, Security procedures, Health & Safety, Communication, and Reporting. ● Undertake the budgeting for the store.● Ensuring that at all times the store has sufficient staff to cover trading and health and safety requirements ● Store key performance indicators by offering sales promotions, employee contests, and delivering the best solution as established by the company to achieve an excellent customer experience.● Team member recruitment, training and development and performance management, payroll (timesheets), and workplace scheduling.● Lead and coach the retail assistants by sharing ideas and information while being respectful of others and valuing your team member's contribution to ensure they are focused, motivated, and achieve individual, store, and company goals. ● Maintenance of attractive and innovative merchandising display, keeping to corporate/marketing strategies and campaigns. Products and sales collateral must remain untarnished and in ‘as new’ condition. The store and the team will present to the highest standards and be kept clean and tidy. ● Attract consumers into the store or from customer word of mouth who have enjoyed their experience at the store. ● Customer management-guide customers to speak with the contact center in store to assist with any issues. Ensure that the problem/issue is resolved upon completion.● Ensure all systems are working effectively escalating problems to the correct area and ensuring a quick resolution. Well organized and quick to create simple efficient solutions and thinks outside the box. ● Provide on-time reporting as set out by the head of retail.
