This has been a multi faced experience.From leading complaint management system for 4 months after promotion i handled licencing and coding function for next 5 months within Sales Administation After that was part of Online Sales for 5 months in e shield after which due to corporate reshuffling have been leading the sales operation with a team of 4 people. Recently I have taken marketing activities also under my duties. As new products are being launched am involved in smooth implementation.

Leading a team in effective resolution of sales customer complaints nationwide for SBI Life Insurance Company Limited .During my tenure tat was reduced from 22 days to 3 days and later 16 hrs as per ISO guidelines.
