This has been a multi faced experience.From leading complaint management system for 4 months after promotion i handled licencing and coding function for next 5 months within Sales Administation After that was part of Online Sales for 5 months in e shield after which due to corporate reshuffling have been leading the sales operation with a team of 4 people.
