I turned entrepreneur in 2014 after a couple of decades of rich corporate experience. Initially incubating Betamorphosis, a boutique consulting practice focused on helping clients manage complex change. In 2021, 7 years into this firm, I created another entity that focuses on two themes: Strategy and Digital The Digital Academy which is my passion project consults on Digital Strategy and Capability and has delivered bespoke projects in BFSI, Auto/Mobility, Retail, CPG/FMCG, Healthcare/Pharma. The firm has developed two executive education/consulting products/methodologies: a) Digital Leadership and b) Data-Driven Organizations. Increasingly, I wish to focus on developing these products across sectors.
