Recruitment: Coordinating with MENA region Business Heads on manpower requirements, host requirements on job portals, handling advert preparation in coordination with Agency, Identifying & sourcing potential candidates, coordinating with agencies for bulk recruitment tasks, screening candidate profiles via telephonic / face to face / online interviews, supporting in arranging hotel requirements for Open Days (Recruitment Drives) on behalf of clients (Banquet, Meeting Room & Clients Guest Room), Client Coordination throughout the entire recruitment cycle, coordinating and complying with Government Services rules & regulations for relevant statutory employee documentation (Medical, Degree Attestation / PCC, Visa Endorsement etc.), employee departure etc. Updating timely progress in each hired candidate’s recruitment stages to the client on Weekly basis. Maintain and update employee’s database over the HR system containing all employee information.
