Current• Leading strategic initiatives for the Business Analytics unit; obtaining regular updates from leadership.• Conducting consistent performance reviews through face-to-face meetings with leaders and clients.• Possessing fundamental knowledge of WON Master, CRM, PCM, PRM, and analysis of Revenue reports.• Keeping records of team performance and managing appraisals accordingly.• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.• Assisting in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.• Meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.• Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals; developing spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
