Study leave 2019 september-2022, worked full time during summer I was recruited as the first batch of employees for the first Uniqlo in Scandinavia which is a Japanese retail company and a part of Fast retailing which is also the third largest apparel retailing company in the world. Uniqlo works with a concept called LifeWear which is to design clothing to make everyone's life better. My work involved training new staff members, being a team leader for others and planning daily tasks such as replenishments, schedule and shop-floor duties while working to achieve sales targets and KPI's.This experience made me understand importance of goal orientated leadership, working with different cultures, the procedure of training new staff and to truly working efficient and to also strive to always improve yourself.

This work involved taking care of a school class, which meant that I helped the childrenwith their different needs and difficulties that can occur in a school environment. But also toteach the children social skills and have a good dialog with their parents.What I have learnt from this experience is to have patience, good and clear communication, understanding for individual needs and working to improve children's social skills.
