Responsible for the P&L and business operations of the “ExchangePlus” and “SOR” Business units, which is the largest business unit of MillenniumIT, when combined. Introduced and transitioned the software delivery into an Agile and Kanban practice within the unit to achieve better transparency, ownership and time to market.Responsible for leading and managing multi-skilled business and technical teams consist of 80+ internal staff and 20+ outsourced staff in implementing and maintaining a portfolio of projects worth of ~USD 8-10 million for the global capital markets industry.Portfolio includes, - Running of parallel new implementation projects in Hong Kong (Hong Kong Stock Exchange), Argentina(Caja de Valores S.A.), South Africa (Johannesburg Stock Exchange), India (NCDEX and ICEX Commodity Exchanges), and in the USA (MTS BondsPro) . - Servicing 16+ clients who are already on Millennium trading systems across the globe (i.e. in South America: Peru – BVL, Canada: Toronto Stock Exchange, Aequitas Neo Exchange, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Africa: Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Nairobi Stock Exchange, Botswana Stock Exchange, Stock Exchange of Mauritius, Lusaka Stock Exchange, India: NCDEX, Hong Kong: Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Bangladesh: Chittagong Stock Exchange, Sri Lanka: Colombo Stock Exchange etc.)
