The Offers Tab has resulted in a +75% iOS and +120% Android increase in sessions upon launch for Native users.- Partnered with Analytics to determine impact for ‘Adding Landmarks’ as a new feature of Pickup. Led development and launched in order to provide additional context on the Pickup map, enhancing the user experience- Invested 10 hours each week as an Acting Product Manager that assisted both the Pickup and Offers teams. Created PRDs, Engineering tickets, and contributed to the prioritization of roadmaps based on impact- Worked directly with Engineering and Analytics to develop Offers features. Responsible for maintaining the well being of Cerebral clients by scheduling appointments, communicating directly with clinicians, resolving delays in medication, billing inquiries, troubleshooting, data logging, initiating crisis protocol when necessary, and de-escalating when possible. Assisted in the mentoring of new hires.

Over the years I've engaged in a variety of projects ranging from the creation of restaurant menus and merchandise, to logo design, to product design.

Worked as a server as well as a freelance artist for murals both for Sunset Cantina and Sunset Grill and Tap.

Worked almost every role and was responsible for creating 20 year anniversary merchandise for the restaurant.
