Hi, I'm Nima and I work at Subaio, which is a small start-up company in Aalborg (Denmark), where we create solutions based on bank transaction data. In this regard, one of our main solutions is to give bank customers an overview of all their recurring expenses in their online banking solution, and also help them cancel their subscriptions/memberships. It could for example be your Netflix, Disney or even Spotify subscription. Or even your membership at your local sports club.Our goal is to make life easier for the customers, and give them more options and flexibility to handle their recurring expenses. But besides helping out the customers, we’ve also started to put more focus on helping out the merchants as well.We want to help merchants prevent churn, and try to improve their customer retention by supporting features like pausing, resubscribe and change payment methods in our solution as well. This way we give the customers even more flexibility, and make it easier for them to get in and out and back in again.
