 To coordinate the monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the implementation of the planned activities in accordance with the monthly action plan, and overall administrative strategy.  Process all payroll payments as appropriate. Responsible for handling issues related to staff, ensuring adherence to legal obligations and liaising with the labor office. To assist in the orderly filing / archiving of all legal documents for transfer to Nairobi HQ for required record keeping in the country of operation. Ensure completeness of supporting documents, recording for each transaction and suitable filling system. Ensure that procurements are effective and in line by MEDAIR requirements and policies/procedures as well as the asset management.  In co-ordination with the base manager, set up and maintain a neat and orderly office layout. Support the Human Resources Manager on recruitment activities such as interview, arrangement, including preparation of appropriate documents and liaising with candidates as instructed.

 Assisting in the overall operational management and planning of WASH project. Responsible for monitoring accurate and up-to-date data filling system for correspondences, reports, policy document and periodicals for project activities related to the program. Process and review income correspondences and information in accordance the organization policy.  Working in close collaboration in the rest of the construction team. Write travel/field reports on activities undertaken and discussions held in the villages. Prepare monthly work plan with the rest of the WASH team and give input for the monthly trips. Inform Partners / clients of overdue amounts and follow up the liquidation files. Review terms of agreement documents. Set up repayment plans and new terms of contract. Record new commitment to refund for upcoming projects.
